Terms and conditions

A valid passport with at least six months of validity, at time of returning to your home country, is required to enter Russia and Ukraine. In most cases, a visa (including USA passport holders), is required to enter these countries. If you are uncertain about visa requirements, for your passport, please contact your nearest Russian and Ukraine embassy, airline, travel agent or us.

Payment of 50% of balance is due 30 days, and the remaining balance due 15 days, prior to departure. These amounts cannot be paid by credit card. We will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, Western Union transfers and wire transfers. Checks and money orders must be payable in US dollars and honored by USA financial institutions.

The $350.00 portion of the deposit is subtracted from the cost of the tour. Deposits are not refundable except if we are forced to cancel, change dates and/or prices. Situations can arise out of our control, subsequently, we reserve the right to cancel, change dates, accommodations, prices at any time, without prior notice and to return the deposit, except amounts paid towards upgrading membership plans. Note, that the portion of your deposit paid towards upgrading your membership is not refundable, therefore, the amount of your deposit refunded in the event of such circumstances will be $350.00, and you will still retain the full benefit of your membership at the reduced price (free of charge in the case of a standard membership), bought in conjunction with the tour.

Travel medical insurance is not included in the price of the tour and it is recommened that you extend your regular insurance coverage, for your overseas vacation, with your health insurance company, or consider purchasing travel insurance through us.
